The recruitment processThe entire process is as follows, testing differs depending on experience. Application form/CV submission There are two application forms on the site for experienced vacancies and trainee/student vacancies please download the appropriate application form, complete by hand and mail or email to kay@cubepartners.com, we would also recommend you submit a CV along with the application form. Experienced Hires If your application is successful you will be required to undertake an interview. This is likely to be with a line manager (either a Manager or Partner) at the Cube offices and will comprise of historical and competency based questions. Students Interviews will commence following ability testing. TestingStudents/Trainees If your application successfully passes, you will be asked to sit two on-line aptitude tests (numerical and verbal reasoning). These tests will take approximately 20 minutes each. Experienced Hire If your 1st interview is successful, you will be asked to complete an SHL OPQ psychometric assessment.
