Kay O’Reilly – Managing Director of Cube Partners

Kay qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 with Clark Whitehill.  Kay went onto spend approximately 10 years with Vantis plc (formerly Morgan Brown & Spofforth).  Kay was Managing Director of Morgan Taxation Limited, the specialist company dealing with Inland Revenue investigations and other taxation problems.  Kay left Vantis in 2001 and joined Chantrey Vellacott DFK as a Tax Partner.  Kay specialises in Inland Revenue investigations and Taxation and Business Advice.

Gerry Cochran – Director of Cube Partners

Gerry qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974 with the Birmingham office of a national practice.  In 1976 Gerry joined a civil engineering company and spent 12 years in construction and property development in the UK and abroad before setting up his own practice in 1988.  In 2007 Gerry merged his practice with Cube Partners and became a director.  Gerry has a wealth of experience in acting for and advising companies, partnerships and sole traders as well as personal tax advice.

Vanessa Graham – Consultant to Cube Partners

Vanessa commenced training as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 at Vantis plc (formerly Morgan Brown & Spofforth) and became a partner in 1999.

Once qualified, Vanessa developed a specialist department within Vantis to service specialist regulated clients, primarily charities, FSA regulated entities, solicitors (including SAR reports) and pension schemes.  The role combined technical advisory and compliance expertise, together with the more general business advisory skills of a general practitioner.

We have a team of managers and staff to support the Directors.  Cube is an approved training office for the ICAEW and ACCA
